For Sweet Potato Mash
 1 Large Sweet Potato
 ¼ cup Butter
 ¼ cup Heavy Cream
 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
 2 tsp Paprika
 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
 Salt & Pepper to taste
For the Sautéed Asparagus
 Asparagus, sliced on the diagonal
 4 oz Red Onion, Julienne
 4 oz Red Bell Pepper, Julienne
 1 cup Olive Oil
 ¼ cup Rice Wine Vinegar
 1 tbsp Garlic, Minced
 1 tsp Salt
 1 tsp Pepper
 1 tsp Chili Flakes
For the Grilled Striploin
 1 Striploin Steak
 1 tbsp Salt
 1 tbsp Pepper
 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
 1 tbsp Onion Powder
 1 tbsp Paprika

For the sweet potato mash:

Peel sweet potato and cook in salted water
until fork tender. Mash with butter, heavy
cream, salt, pepper, brown sugar, paprika
and cayenne pepper.

For the Sautéed Asparagus:

Marinate the Asparagus, red pepper, red onion in marinate and sauté.

For the Grilled Striploin

Rub the striploin and mark both sides on a hot grill pan.

Place on a baking sheet and finish in 350-degree oven to desired temp. Let it rest 5 or so minutes.

Slice thin, about 1/3 of an inch. Place mashed sweet potatoes on plate, fan out the steak and finish with your veggie mix.
